Rent the Original East End Ranch

When you rent the Original East End Ranch you get that place to yourselves! You can enjoy staying near each other in the East Wing and West Wing of the Ranch House, the Hummingbird House, and the Fisherman’s Cabin. Enjoy fishing in the private pond. (You would potentially share the private river access with anyone we have staying at the Meadow Cabin by the Office. You can rent the Meadow Cabin for an extra fee if you need more space or desire to ENTIRE ranch to yourself.)

Together, the East End Ranch accommodations offer 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 kitchens, and 4 living rooms, sleeping up to 40 guests. The covered deck of the West Wing is the perfect spot to host everyone for mealtimes and hanging out. Enjoy the large yard for a game of football, volleyball, or even create an obstacle course! Spend time together playing games, fishing, swimming or simply being together. This is the place where memories can be made and cherished for years to come!

If you want to spend time together without spending a lot of time in the kitchen, we have a list of caterers that can cater a meal for your group with a variety of options.

Check-in is after 4pm, Check-out is at 11am.

Please note our new marijuana policy: We do not allow any marijuana on our property EXCEPT edibles. 
If it has been found that you are in possession of marijuana other than edibles, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund of any kind will be given.

Smoking outdoors only. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside our rental units. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 if it has been found that there was smoking inside. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, cannabis, etc. We provide buckets with sand on the porches for your butts. As stated above, there is NO SMOKING OF MARIJUANA on our property.

THESE RATES INCLUDE A 20% DISCOUNT FOR RENTING THE ENTIRE EAST END RANCH!

Summer rate: $1,050 per night. (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) Week long: $6,300 (Mon-Sun)

Spring/Fall rate: $840 per night (Mar-May/Sept-Nov) Week long: $5,040 (Mon-Sun)

Winter rate: $735 per night (Dec-Feb) Week long: $4,410 (Mon-Sun)

Cleaning fee of $375

Camping & RV Rental Rates
We currently have 1 RV spot that is 30 amp (no sewer). Any camping is included when you rent the entire Original East End Ranch at no additional fee.

Camping is not available as a stand alone rental option.

Prices do not include 7.225% sales tax.

Payment policy

Half down within 4-7 days of receipt of Paypal Invoice to reserve your stay. The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy

When renting the entire east end ranch if you cancel 30+ days before your stay, you will receive a full refund; 29-22 days beforehand, you will be refunded 1/2 of the cost of the amount of your stay; 21 days or less, no refund. These terms apply also to CHANGING from the whole east end ranch rental to only a couple places instead. Any changes must be made 30+ days in advance or you will be charged as outlined above.
