We enjoyed. ..going for swims down by the river area, Horseback riding at Brushy Creek (excellent!), catching little lizards, tree frogs and turtles, making them pets for the week and then letting them return to the forest as we left for home. We really enjoyed playing at Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut Ins, playing board games and cards together in the evenings, watching movies, eating popcorn and staying up late and getting to know you! The whole Ranch House is a 6 bedroom/3 bath unit consisting of the East and West Wings. It is large enough to sleep 16 in beds or up to 20 using couches as well. It has 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Relax on the porches as you enjoy views of the valley. The large covered deck of the West Wing is perfect for the whole group to hang out. All units have access to private river frontage for swimming, fishing, and playing plus a small private 1/3 acre lake for fishing and paddleboats.

Smoking outdoors only. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside our rental units. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 if it has been found that there was smoking inside. Smoking includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigs, etc. We provide buckets with sand on the porches for your butts.

Summer rate: $540 per night (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) Week long: $3,240 (Mon-Sun)
Spring/Fall rate: $435 per night (Mar-May/Sept-Nov) Week long: $2,610 (Mon-Sun)
Winter rate: $375 per night (Dec-Feb) Week long: $2,250 (Mon-Sun)

If you rent one of our locations (Ranch House, Hummingbird House or Fisherman’s Cabin) you can also include camping accommodations for additional members of your group at the rates below. Camping is not available as a stand alone rental option.
Camping & RV Rental Rates

Tent w/ electric- $10 per person per night
Tent w/o electric- $8 per person per night
30 amp RV with water and electric only (NO SEWER) – $40 per night
Children under 10 are 1/2 price for camping
Prices do not include 7.225% sales tax.
Payment policy
Half down within 4 days of receipt of Paypal Invoice to reserve your stay. The balance due 1 week prior to arrival. If booking for the following year, only a deposit of $400 is initially needed to reserve your stay!
Cancelation policy
If you cancel 14+ days before your stay, you will receive a full refund; 13-6 days beforehand, you will be refunded 1/2 of the cost of the amount of your stay; 5 days or less, no refund.
Pets Policy
Well-behaved and house broken dogs warmly welcomed! Pets may not be left unattended or be left on the property while you are away. Please bring a dog bed as the animals are not allowed on the furniture.
Supplies provided for cleaning up all dog messes. Extra cleaning fees may be required.
Pet Rate: $15 per dog per night
