Each Retreat runs from Friday at 1pm to Sunday at 3pm.

The cost is $175 per person (minimum 2) + tax with a $50 deposit to hold your spot.
(If you as the coordinator will gather together a group of 8 or more you (the coordinator) may attend for 1/2 price!) At the time of your reservation I will select which unit will best accommodate your group based upon the number of attendees.
At each retreat you get…….Lodging and meals. It is up to the coordinator to plan out any scheduled activities you would want to do.
3 days and 2 nights lodging (Each bedroom accommodates 1 or 2 people, bunk bed rooms will sleep 3.) Begin a tour of the Hummingbird House, Cabin and Ranch House here.
Delicious meals served (4-5 meals, Supper on Friday, Breakfast and Supper on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday with drinks of coffee, ice tea or lemonade (Bring your own soft or hard drinks). Many attenders enjoy bringing their own fun snacks to share with the group. *Lunch on Saturday can be provided if requested. (Lunch meats and cheese, bread or rolls, raw veggies/dip, chips and drink)
Typical Menu may include:
- Supper: Delicious homemaker soup or chili, with bread/cornbread, raw veggies/dip, plus dessert and drinks
- Breakfast: Homemade coffee cake or muffins, yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, fruit, and drinks OR Homemade biscuits and sausage gravy, fruit and drinks
- Supper: Mexican casserole or Pasta dish, salad, dessert and drink
- Breakfast: French Toast with our own Maple Syrup or Scrambled egg breakfast casserole, Bacon and Sausage, fruit, coffee and juice.
Meals takes place in your lodging unit.
If you want a break from your scheduled activities, enjoy peaceful country walks down to the river area or visit antiques and specialty shops in Village of Caledonia.
